Alibaba and Ma Yun were summoned by a court in India after being sued by former UC web employees

It home on July 26, according to devdiscourse, recently, pushpandra Singh Parmar, a former employee of Alibaba’s UC web, claimed that he had been wrongly dismissed. Therefore, an Indian court summoned Alibaba and its founder Ma Yun, asking them to appear in court or through lawyers in July.

According to it home, India has released 59 Chinese applications, including UC news and UC browser. According to Reuters, Alibaba’s UCWEB is laying off employees in India.

Alibaba has yet to respond to the matter.
